Lauren Alberti named president of the Delaware Association of Realtors
Michael Ford administered the oath of office to Lauren Alberti, who was installed as the 2009 president of the Delaware Association of Realtors. Alberti is an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bethany Beach and holds the GRI, CRS and ABR designations.
She was president of the Sussex County Association of Realtors in 2004 and the Sussex County and Delaware Association Realtor of the year in 2002. She serves on various committees at the local, state and national level. Alberti is a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. She participates yearly in Special Olympics and is the unified doubles tennis partner gold medalist.
In addition to the installation of Alberti, the following Realtors were installed as officers for 2009. They are Kevin Hensley, RE/MAX Associates of Newark, president elect; Bill Lucks, Commercial Sales Group of Lewes, vice president; and Ken Peterson, RE/MAX Horizons Inc. of Dover, treasurer.
The following were installed as directors of the Delaware Association of Realtors: Don Ash, Todd Stonesifer, Paul Pantano, Steve Alexander, Doug Moore, Carol Burns, Carole Kisner, Steve Larrimore, John Ticknor, Joe Kreisher, Geri Parisi, Ruth Vella, Camilla Conlon, Trina Joyner, Sue Bramhall, Judy Dean, Greg Ellis, Danielle Benson and Phil McGinnis.
