Rasputin is sweet, loving, and a real doll. He's adoption available at the  First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934. Adoption Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
