Western Sussex County job fair set March 30 at Seaford library

Come prepared to interview
March 3, 2015

Candidates who are seeking jobs are invited to meet prospective employers from 3 to 6 p.m., Monday, March 30, at the Seaford Public Library during the Western Sussex County Job Fair. This is a free event for job candidates, and preregistration is not necessary.

Attendees should bring up to 20 copies of their up-to-date resume, as well as a full list of business and personal references, including their contact information. Candidates should come dressed to impress and be prepared to interview, and ask and answer questions.

Local businesses and organizations are also invited to participate. The fee for employers to participate in the job fair is $25 for members of the Seaford Chamber and $35 for nonmembers. This event is sponsored by the Greater Seaford Chamber of Commerce, the Seaford Public Library, and the Job Center at Delaware Libraries.

The Job Center at Seaford Public Library is available to help candidates with preparations prior to the date of the job fair, but its services will not be available during the event.

The Seaford Library & Cultural Center is at 600 N. Market St. Ext., Seaford. Job search assistance is available from 2 to 5:30 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays.
