Local director Rob Waters and W Films are currently in production of their latest film, "Need Change."
It's a partially autobiographical story about the experiences Waters had as a pizza delivery guy in his mid 30s. Shot entirely in southern Delaware, it also features an all-local cast. Ocean 98.1 talk show host, Bulldog, will be stepping out from behind the mic and in front of the camera for a supporting role.
Waters said special thanks goes out to Mr. P's for supplying the setting that's at the heart of the story. Waters is planning to have the film done by mid-June to enter it into the festival circuit.
