Fractured Prune celebrates National Donut Day

Rehoboth Beach's Fractured Prune celebrated National Donut Day June 5 by giving away a free OC Sand donut to customers.

The holiday is celebrated on the first Friday of June every year.

According to donutdayuse.com, the holiday was starting by the Salvation Army during World War I and World War II.
