Delaware By Hand artists set Holiday Market Nov. 7 in Dover

Delaware By Hand holiday artist members at The Biggs Museum of American Art, 406 Federal St., Dover, will present the The Holiday Market from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 7. A variety of artists - jewelers, fiber artists, photographers, ceramicists and many more - will sell their works on the Biggs Museum's first floor.

Participating artist vendors include Ginny Barney, Lewes; Denise Bendelewski, Magnolia; Lesley Campana, Dover; Derek Carlson, Dover; Steve Datz, Wilmington; Susan Donohoe, Lewes; Carl Forsberg, Lewes; Gerilyn Gaskill, Georgetown; Lara Ginzburg, Yardley, Pa.; Ania Hawley, Wilmington; Karen Hornor, Newark; Deborah Johnson, Magnolia; Lisanne Kane, Lewes;  Joan McNiece , Camden; Jan Miller, Dover; Mike Ortiz, Millsboro; Tanya Papova, Selbyville; Elaine Petaky, New Castle; Annette Plitman, Milton; Hank Rhodes, Camden; Maria Sadler, Milford; Marlene Sontchi, Wilmington; Jeffrey Stickle, Rehoboth Beach; Mark Turner, Wilmington; Paulette Visceglia, Avondale; Neil Vosters, Chesapeake, Md.; Brenda Williams, Smyrna; and Deborah Wright, Clayton.

For this year's event, in addition to artist vendors, visitors will have an opportunity to purchase and sample cuisine from two food trucks: the Plum Pit, specializing in modern world cuisine, and Mama Mia, specializing in homemade Italian dishes, subs and salads. While downtown, visitors will also have the opportunity to visit First State Heritage Park's 18th Century Market Fair right next door.
