Solid Ground Church sets trunk or treat Oct. 31

Solid Ground Church will officially launch services in its new facility in Lewes at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 1.

The new facility will allow the church to offer many more community events. It will host trunk or treat from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 31. “We are so happy to provide a safe place for kids to enjoy Halloween-decorated cars, treats, games, food and more,” said Katie Miller, director of children’s ministries.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday morning. There is a kids' program for children newborn to age 12. A student ministry was recently started for for sixth- through 12th-graders. Solid Ground Church's new facility is in Toddy’s Business Park, 33739 Marsh Road No. 2 in Lewes.
