Delaware Seashore State Park invites the public to explore a tucked-away gem at Burton Island Nature Preserve, where a hike is set for 1 p.m., Friday, Nov. 27.
Participants will be guided through one of the park’s most picturesque hiking areas to take in the sights with the backdrop of the Indian River Bay. Participants will explore the one-mile loop trail with a park naturalist, learn to identify coastal plants, and spot various waterfowl along the way.
The cost of this program is $4 per person and all ages are welcome. Preregistration is required.
