A Nativity Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 12, at Ocean View Presbyterian Church, 67 Central Ave., Ocean View. It is free to the public.
Attendees are invited to view a diverse collection of creches and their stories. There will be seasonal musical selections, punch and cookies, and Christmas carol singing. Last year's event displayed 125 creches.
One guest wrote, “This season of love became quite real to us as we sang familiar Christmas songs, looked at an unbelievable number of different creche sets and spent time with church members. It is amazing how such simple things when shared can bring warmth and love to an open heart.”
