Three courses for $50 per person
Includes choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert.
Course One (Appetizer) Selections:
• Crab Risotto Poppers - fried lump crab mini cakes, summer risotto, parmesan cheese, lobster sauce
• Seafood Spring Rolls - scallop, shrimp, cabbage, spinach, baked wonton wrap, sweet Thai chili sauce
• Fins' Trio - guacamole, artichoke dip, hummus, grilled shrimp & tortilla chips)
Course Two (Entree) Selections:
• Salmon Cakes - 2 broiled salmon cakes, red onions, roasted Brussel sprouts, topped with cheddar cheese, jasmine rice, bang bang sauce
• Crab & Shrimp Ravioli (6) - sautéed shrimp, mushrooms and spinach blue crab ravioli, garlic cream sauce, parmesan
• Scallop Scampi - sautéed scallops, lemon, garlic, white wine, shallots, capers, linguini, asiago cheese
• Chesapeake Chicken - grilled chicken, crab imperial, carrots, asparagus, mashed potatoes, garlic bechamel
Dessert:
• Three options offered daily. Options given on site since desserts vary daily.
