Additional parking options for Milton parade

Those looking to attend Milton’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Lucky Leprechaun 5K Sunday, March 12, will have some additional parking options should rain Friday and Saturday cause the town’s grass parking lots to be closed.
Those attending will be able to park at Milton Elementary School, H.O. Brittingham Elementary School and at Dogfish Head brewery and walk to festivities on Union Street.
The day begins at 11 a.m. with the Lucky Leprechaun 5K, with the parade to begin at 2 p.m. heading down Union Street and onto Federal Street. Following the parade, there will be an afterparty at Irish Eyes, the event sponsor, with live music by The Hit the Bottle Boys.
