Avatar Instruments ships control system to NASA

Avatar Instruments Inc. of Lewes, a manufacturer of silicon-controlled rectifier power controllers and systems, has shipped another control system to NASA as part of an upgrade program with NASA's facility  in Langley, Va. The new equipment allows NASA to control and monitor the process via computer communications. During a recent visit to NASA, Avatar Instruments President Paul Evalds was told that the systems designed and built by Avatar worked better than they could have expected.
