Coach Bruce Clayton, co-owner of TriCoach, teamed up with Body Shop Fitness of Rehoboth Beach to conduct a kids’ beach bootcamp for Henlopen Acres Beach Club. The event was organized by Lyndie Hertrich of Henlopen Acres, and was well attended by the youngsters of the community.
During this fun event, kids learned to do lunges, crunches, mountain climbers and burpees, to name a few exercises.
“The goal is to make this an annual event because we strongly believe that fitness can begin at any age,” Clayton said.
The youngsters included Harper Hertrich, Remy Hertrich, Freddy Hertrich, Winnie Howard, Paul Albornoz, Mateo Albornoz, Alisha Albornoz and Teddy Weisser.
