Beazer Homes celebrates model grand opening July 27 and 28 in Millville
Beazer Homes USA Inc. announces the model home grand opening at its newest neighborhood, Bishop’s Landing from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28.Bishop's Landing is at the intersection of Windmill and Burbage roads in Millville.
Seven decorated model homes will be unveiled at the event - the most decorated models in one community at the beach - including four-single family homes, one town home and two villas. Visitors will be able to tour all the model homes and get a glimpse of the lifestyle being offered at Bishop’s Landing.
Just minutes to Bethany Beach, the planned community offers a mix of uniquely designed villas, town homes and single-family homes. Ranging from 1,712 square feet to 3,007 square feet, the homes offer a collection of open, airy floor plans and a choice of one- or two-level living.
“We are thrilled to unveil these model homes,” said Ed Gold, Beazer Homes’ Maryland division president. “Bishop’s Landing was inspired by the casual elegance of the beach, and many of our designs include elements that allow homeowners to really enjoy the outdoors, such as open-air courtyards, screened porches and covered patios. We’ve also added thoughtful details like pre-plumbing for outdoor showers and lockable owner’s storage. All this within a community that’s unlike any other in the area.
