Beebe recognizes Robin Bryan with L.O.V.E. Letter Award

Beebe Healthcare recently honored Robin Bryan as a recipient of the Living Our Values Every Day Letter Award.

Bryan, a patient care technician in the emergency department, was awarded this recognition for going above and beyond to provide exceptional care to a patient.

“Let me start by saying that Robin is one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met,” said Carley Lord, a colleague who submitted the nomination letter. “She will always go out of her way to lend a hand and help when she can.”

“One night, we had a patient who was declining, and the family was not coming,” said Lord. “Robin sat holding this person’s hand, comforting and reassuring the patient that someone was there.”

“In a time when the patient felt most alone, Robin stepped up and was there. It feels good knowing we have people like her in our department in some of the roughest times. The world deserves more Robins,” said Lord.

Through her efforts, Bryan has demonstrated many of the Beebe values, including treating each individual with respect and dignity, and acting with passion and love for others to make a difference.

Awardees are announced in a surprise ceremony during which the committee visits the winner in their department and presents the award. Employees selected for the award receive a space in the parking garage for one month; a $100 gift card; 100 points toward Beebe L.O.V.E. Notes merchandise; 100th anniversary history book, “Two Men With a Dream: The Story of Beebe Healthcare”; a letter of congratulations and personal visit from members of the executive team; their photo added to the L.O.V.E. Letter wall plaque; a letter to the team member's director; and department recognition.
