Bella’s creates new offerings with Fifer Orchards

An assortment of pies, crumb cakes, sweet loaves and other baked creations will be available starting Saturday, May 16, at Fifer’s Country Store and Farm in Wyoming and its Local-Fresh Market in Dewey Beach. Desserts made with local fruits will be available at area restaurants and available online for local delivery.

Fifer’s home-grown strawberries will complement the first seasonal desserts from Bella’s. Later in the season, Bella’s will feature Fifer raspberries, blueberries, nectarines, plums, cherries, peaches, apples and pumpkins.

Fifer’s offers picking at the Wyoming farm. The public is welcome to pick strawberries, blueberries, apples, pumpkins and cut flowers from the fields.

Bella’s will offer pies, cakes, shortcake biscuits and other bakery items made with Fifer’s produce.
