Bethany Blues rolls out live music schedule

Bethany Blues of Lewes has a brand-new look, and to go with it, a hot entertainment schedule packed with a ton of amazing music. 

Shannon Robison, Blues’ new booking manager, has been hard at work putting together evenings full of music in a variety of genres.

“I've really enjoyed being the go-to person for live music and booking bands. We have a good mix of blues, country, classic rock, ‘80s, ‘90s, bluegrass and acoustic in our lineup over the next couple months,” said Robison. 

She said the goal is to have fun, upbeat, talented musicians on the stage to keep crowds dancing all summer long. During the renovations, Blues upgraded its sound system and bar area to highlight the live entertainment and showcase the stage. The new lounge bar gives customers the feel of being backstage.

Robison is adding a youth band night from 7 to 10 p.m., Tuesdays to highlight talented teenage bands in the area.

Acoustic sounds are featured from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Wednesdays, while Fridays and Saturdays belong to full bands from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.
