Blood drive at Tanger Seaside continues thru Oct. 24
To help meet the urgent needs of communities across the Southeast impacted by this season’s hurricanes, Tanger Outlets Rehoboth is hosting a blood drive through Thursday, Oct. 24. In partnership with Blood Bank of Delmarva, Tanger offers the Rehoboth Beach community an opportunity to give lifesaving blood donations at their state-of-the-art portable donation station located at Tanger Seaside, 36470 Seaside Outlet Drive, Rehoboth Beach.
Welcoming donors by appointment and walk-ins, Blood Bank of Delmarva is issuing an urgent appeal for blood donations to ensure the availability of blood supplies for hospitals in weather-impacted areas, as well as to meet ongoing needs in the local region. According to the American Red Cross, someone needs blood every two seconds in the U.S., and one donation can help save more than one life. To make an appointment, go to delmarvablood.org.
