Brown's Real Estate Services announces third generation of certified appraisers

April 4, 2015

Kurt Brown, president of Brown’s Real Estate Services, has announced the third generation of Delaware certified real property appraisers.

Michael Marino was certified in March by the Delaware Council of Real Estate Appraisers. Marino is a Navy veteran. He is the great-grandson of Ace Biscotti, founder of the Good Fellowship Ambulance Services in West Chester, Pa., and the grandson of Virgil Brown, founder of the Goodwill Underwater Fire and Rescue, and one of the founders of the MLS committee for the Sussex County Board of Realtors.

Marino has been a licensed Delaware appraiser since 2007, but with an upgrade to his license, he is now certified to appraise federally related residential homes with a worth over $1 million. Marino will join fellow certified residential appraisers Kurt Brown and Virgil Brown at Brown’s Real Estate Services.

Brown’s is a small family run, community minded, appraisal company in Milton, that has been specializing in Sussex and Kent counties appraisals for three generations. For more information, go to www.virgilbrown.com or to schedule an appraisal call 302-945-8545.
