Immanuel Shelter held the annual Bubbles & Bites Halloween Drag Bingo fundraiser Oct. 31 in Rehoboth. Nearly 150 supporters turned out for the event. The costume contest was an added interest to the evening, and prizes were awarded for best female, best male, most creative and best group.
