Calvin F. Jordan, proud veteran

Calvin Frances Jordan passed away Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, in Prince Georges County, Md. He was born May 24, 1951.

Calvin grew up in Frankford with his family, including his brothers, Clem and Willa Jordan of Frankford, and Al and Carol Jordan of Selbyville; his sisters, Shelly Girland Smith, and Josephine and Albert Jarmon, all of Frankford.

He graduated from Selbyville High School in 1969. He also served in the Army Reserve in Lewes from 1969-75.

A memorial service will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, at J.B. Jenkins Worship Center, 1 Kettering Drive, Upper Marlboro, Md.
