The Cape Artists send everyone Happy Valentine’s Day wishes. Special open gallery days are set for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 10; and Saturday to Monday, Feb. 17 to 19, at 110 W. Third St., Lewes.
