Coaches corner: Geoff Shupard: “That is a very talented Auks team we faced Saturday. Those guys never went away from start to finish. We played much better in the second half, but I was very proud of our guys’ effort level. LaSalle will be a great test for us leading into spring break. We are excited to face them. We still have some work to do, but there are a lot of very good things that make up this team. They are a great group of kids that work very hard, work well together and like to have fun, but they also hold each other accountable and push each other every day to make themselves a better team. It’s a lot of fun to watch.”
