Denis Chandler, a devoted Cape Gazette reader and seasoned traveler, made his way to the Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival this past July. Later, on Nantucket Island, he paused for a photo with the paper in hand, the sea breeze carrying the scent of salt and summer blooms. Surrounded by hydrangeas in every shade of blue, Denis felt that familiar joy of discovering a place that seemed both new and comfortably timeless. It was the kind of moment he liked best – quiet, simple, and worth sharing with the readers back home.
