Cape Henlopen Elks assist in young man's recovery

The Lewes community came together this summer to raise funds for a resident in need of a live donor for a liver transplant.
Matt Barry, now 22 years old, had been dealing with a failed liver for over three years. In late June, Barry received that critical transplant. He now faces recurring blood work, anti-rejection medications and follow-up appointments.
The Cape Henlopen Elks recently donated funds they hope will significantly assist Barry and his family as he continues to recover.
