Cape Junior/Senior prom brings out the best in dress

Elegance and fun topped a wonderful evening
May 4, 2017

Elegance and crazy fun were the order of the evening at the 2017 Cape Henlopen Junior/Senior prom held at Ivy in Dewey Beach. Put aside were the sweat shirts and blue jeans; this event was pure style and simplistic enjoyment.

The evening started with a promenade at the bandstand in downtown Rehoboth where hundreds of people oohed and aahed at the beautiful gowns and the stylish tuxedos worn at the annual high school event. The students then moved to Ivy in Dewey Beach where the enjoyment continued until 11 p.m.
