The Cape/Georgetown Junior League All-Stars team beat Smryna/Clayton 13-0 in five innings to win the state championship and advance to the Eastern Regional in Freehold, N.J., set to begin Thursday, Aug. 2.
Mikey Jarrell threw a two-hitter with eight strikeouts.
