Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, a fan-favorite fast-casual sandwich chain, has been a community staple for more than 40 years.

The Delaware mainstay will be answering customers’ demands for variety and convenience with brand-new sandwich recipes and sizes to fit any Capriotti’s patron’s diet and lifestyle. 

Capriotti’s remains true to its tradition of serving extraordinary subs, hand-crafted daily, with the rollout of its newest menu items, which include inspired versions and fresh takes on Capriotti's classics. Building on the popularity of the fan-favorite cheesesteak, diners can now also enjoy barbecue chicken cheesesteak, grilled chicken parm cheesesteak, chicken chipotle crunch cheesesteak and the latest collaboration with Impossible Foods, the Impossible cheesesteak.

Capriotti’s is also changing up its sizes to fit the lifestyles and changing eating patterns of its loyal fans. The new sizes will include a 5-inch half sub, an 8-inch, a 10-inch and an 18-inch sub filled with the same abundance of fresh ingredients that fans love.

At the end of 2019, Capriotti’s, in partnership with Impossible Foods, tested the Impossible Cheese Steak at select locations throughout Las Vegas, with the intention of redefining the way that consumers view plant-based products.

The response to the Impossible cheesesteak test was an instant success, giving consumers what they claimed to be the best-tasting plant-based product that rivals the original cheesesteak. The Impossible cheesesteak is made with fresh ingredients like melted cheese, fried onions and peppers piled on perfectly cooked Impossible meat.

Capriotti’s also has plans to launch an Impossible meatball sandwich in 2020.

Founded in 1976 in Delaware, Capriotti’s is most famous for its 40-year nightly tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house and hand-shredding them each morning to feature in a variety of fan-favorite subs including the Bobbie and the Cole Turkey. Capriotti’s is also famous for its award-winning cheesesteaks and Capastrami.
