Capstone Homes cuts ribbon on Juliet model at Bay Pines in Lewes

The Lewes Chamber of Commerce facilitated the ribbon cutting  May 25 at Capstone Homes’ Bay Pines community in Lewes. The event celebrated the debut of the Juliet model. Sussex County new homebuilder Capstone Homes is celebrating the debut of the Juliet model at its Bay Pines community in Lewes. A ribbon cutting was held May 25 at the model home.

The floors plans available at Bay Pines range in size from 1,618 to 3,245 square feet, and the homes have full basements available. The Juliet model is a very spacious and flexible home design. At Capstone Homes all floor plans are designed and modified by an in-house designer and drafter. Prices for new homes start in the 290s.

Bay Pines is a boutique-style community with just 35 homesites and offers easy access to Lewes- and Rehoboth-area amenities. The community offers private cul de sacs, wooded homesites and a community walking trail. Capstone Homes Bay Pines Community is at 23233 Bluewater Way, Lewes.
