October 15, 2015

Engines were revved up for The Jefferson School’s Dirty Bird Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show held Sept. 26, on the school grounds in Georgetown. Along with classic cars, trucks, newer vehicles and motorcycles, spectators enjoyed door prizes, music by Cathy Gorman, food from The Upper Crust, Zogg's Sea Hogg and Kona Ice. Event sponsors included Long Neck Car Wash, Meineke Car Care Center in Lewes and George Sherman Corp. Proceeds from the event benefit The Jefferson School, a nonprofit private school.
