A caravan of about 16 cars circled Legislative Hall Nov. 23 for about an hour honking and displaying signs in support of the Poor People’s Campaign. The campaign is a national effort to bring attention to those who have died from COVID-19 and those living in poverty, and it supports a comprehensive COVID-19 relief package.
