Carl Heeder promoted to senior director of live operations at Mountaire Farms

Mountaire Farms Inc. announced that Dr. Carl Heeder has been promoted to senior director of live operations, reporting to Jimmy Paulakuhn, vice president of live operations. In his new role, Heeder will have responsibility for all live production and breeder operations.

Prior to being promoted, Heeder worked as director of food safety for Mountaire. Also, he has over 20 years’ experience in live production, processing and technical services.

He attended the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine where he obtained a doctorate of veterinary medicine.
