Chamber holds ribbon cutting for Sheets on the Beach

Luxury linen rental service serving Cape Region
July 3, 2013

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony June 24 for Sheets at the Beach.

Sheets at the Beach LLC was founded in 2010 when owner Vera Bailey started researching linen services for her investment property in Rehoboth Beach.  Bailey was disheartened to learn that no company in the immediate area offered the type of linens and service she desired. She wanted to offer not only premium bed and bath linens, and beach and baby needs, but also the service of having the beds pre-made upon arrival.  Bailey founded Sheets at the Beach, which serves all Delaware beach resort towns.

Bailey is a bit of a linen snob, obsessing about thread counts and buying the most luxurious blends.  As a world traveler, she also appreciates the comforts of home while away.  She started Sheets at the Beach to alleviate all the suitcase stresses and clever car packing.  Her company offers quality, premium cotton blend linens, in 300- and 600-thread counts, from crib to king sizes, as well as soft, thick premium bath linens at affordable prices.  Beach items and baby items are also available.

Sheets at the Beach take pride in the quality, condition and presentation of their products and strive to provide exceptional customer service. They believe in pampering their clients, and offer a luxurious presentation that includes making the beds, or placing each linen set, tied with ribbons, on the respective beds, and presenting the bath linens rolled in beautiful wicker baskets.  The company has served over 550 clients in just four short seasons, and is continuously expanding.
