Charles T. Clayville, Sussex airport retiree

Charles T. Clayville, 80, of Houston passed away Friday, Jan. 15, 2021, at Bayhealth-Sussex Campus.

He was born in Milford.  He worked at the Sussex County Airport in grounds maintenance.

He was a collector of DVDs and VHS tapes.  He also enjoyed riding around the countryside.  He served in the Delaware National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca (Passwaters) Clayville.

He is survived by three sons, Charles E. Clayville (Melanie), Randy Clayville (Kathleen) and John Clayville (Amanda); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, Jan. 21, at 1 p.m., at Milford Community Cemetery, DuPont Highway, Milford.  Those attending must wear a mask and adhere to social distancing and gathering protocols.

Arrangements are in the care of Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford.
