Christian Writers’ Conference set for Crossroad Community Church Oct. 20

The 10th Annual Connecting Pen to Purpose Christian  Writers’ Conference will kick off Saturday, Oct. 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at Crossroad Community Church near Georgetown. The event is being co-hosted by Vine and Vessels CWF, Delmarva Christian Writers’ Fellowship and Kingdom Writers Fellowship. Pastor Rick Betts is the host pastor.

Michele Chynoweth of Northeast, Md., is the keynote speaker. Chynoweth is an accomplished conference speaker, award-winning  author, book coach and writing instructor. The conference offers six dynamic, interactive workshops.

An exciting  feature has been added to engage students. Arianna Fox, author of “Tween author and Kidpreneur,” will facilitate a morning  workshop titled “Rise of the Young Authors, Entrepreneurs and Influencers.”   Students ranging in age from 10-18 will receive a special  discounted conference rate of $10.            

Conference packet includes two workshops, continental breakfast and luncheon. The first 30 paid registrants will receive a free gift.

The rate for adults, age 19-61, is $40, and for seniors, 62+, it is $25. 

Online registration is open until Monday, Oct. 15,  at: www.vineandvessels.com.  Make payment via Paypal or send completed form with check made payable to Vine & Vessels CWF, PO Box 1716, Seaford, DE 19973.  Attendees may  also register on site.  Crossroad Community Church is located at 20684 State Forest Road, Georgetown, just off Route 404 between Bridgeville and Georgetown.
