Coldwell Banker Resort Realty named No. 1 company, office, realtor

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been named the No. 1 company in closed adjusted gross commission income for 2014 for the state of Delaware for the Coldwell Banker franchise system. The Rehoboth branch has been named No. 1 office, and Skip Faust has been named No. 1 agent for his 19th year.

Faust has been a licensed realtor since 1986. He is a Lewes native and actively involved as a coach and mentor in Lewes Little League and Henlopen Soccer Club.

Johnson has been in sales since 1998; he earned his real estate license in 2001 and his associate broker’s license in 2006.

Receiving the International President’s Circle Designation for their achievements in 2014 were Linda Book and Rick Bennett. This places them among the top 6 percent of all sales associates worldwide. Book, an accredited buyer’s representative, has been licensed since 1984. Bennett has been licensed since 1995. He is the broker of record and manager of the Seaford branch.

Receiving the International Diamond Society Designation for their achievements in 2014 were Dennis Barnes, Nancy Price, Dana Caplan and Terri Favata. This places them among the top 11 percent of all sales associates worldwide.

Receiving the International Sterling Society designation for their achievements in 2014 were Ruth Sivils, Patti Haney, Christine Grace, Joann Milton and Tony Favata. This places them among the top 17 percent of all sales associates worldwide.
