Cruising on the Danube from Hungary to Czech Republic with the Cape Gazette

Riverboat cruisers Judy Rosenstein of Rehoboth and Sharon Miken of Lewes traveled on Avalon Waterways June 4 through June 13 starting in Budapest, Hungary and traveling to Prague, Czech Republic; stopping along the way in Vienna, Passau, Regensburg and Nuremberg.

Judy (shown on left) & Sharon are pictured here in the Alcron Hotel in Prague as they prepare for their trip home. “Everywhere that we went, the Cape Gazette went along,” said Sharon.

The travelers enjoyed unusually warm weather as the boat made its way through the fabled Danube waters.
