Debra Ann Andell, Milton letter carrier

Debra Ann Andell, 55, of Milton passed away Monday, Nov. 26, 2018.  She was born in Baltimore, Md., July 28, 1963, daughter of Genevieve Ann Brittian and the late Charles Vance Brittian Sr.

Debbie worked and lived in Sussex County for 38 years. During the late ‘80s Debra drove a boat for the Lewes Center for Physics  (University of Delaware), later creating her own cleaning business to clean beach rentals. In the ‘90s she co-owned and managed Larry's Auto Repair in Lewes. In more recent years Debra worked as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service in Milton for 13 years.

Mrs. Andell enjoyed NASCAR, often attending races. She also rescued and raised horses. In her spare time, she could be found bowling and playing pool in a pool league. Mrs. Andell was a member of the Moose Lodge and the VFW, and was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. She was a devoted mother, loving wife, sister, daughter, grandmother and friend.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Andell was preceded in death by her brothers: David Scott Brittian and Bryan Keith Brittian. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, David Wayne Millman of Milton; three daughters, Jordyn Millman of Milton, Kristy Johnson and her husband Howard of Bridgeville, and Lauren Millman and her husband Daniel Miller of Goodview, Va.; two sons: Matthew Millman and his wife Amanda of Georgetown, and Kyler Millman of Virginia; six grandchildren: Wyatt Johnson of Bridgeville, Tori and Ty Millman of Georgetown, Reese and Laci Miller of Goodview, and Kinley Millman of Virginia; three brothers: Bradley Brittian of Milton, Earl Brittian and his wife Vanessa Ryan of Frederick, Md., and Charles Brittian Jr. of Florida; her mother-in-law, Anne Dillow; sisters-in-law, Barbara Wilkerson and Laurie Brittian; and nieces, Amanda Rowe and Lauren Hall.

A Celebration of Mrs. Andell's Life will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 2, at Harbeson United Methodist Church, 18647 Harbeson Road, Harbeson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Andell's name to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Gateway for Cancer Research by visiting their website at www.gatewaycr.org.
