Delaware Resorts Spring Home Expo set April 15-16
The Delaware Resorts Spring Home Expo will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 15, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, April 16, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.
Some 90 home-related exhibitors will present their products and services over the two days. Admission is free to the public.
“Our Spring Home Expo just gets bigger and better each year, in part due to the beautiful and spacious Cape Henlopen High School. This facility is a real gem, and we enjoy encouraging the community to experience it,” said Kathy Benson, expo founder and coordinator.
Several exhibitors are also key sponsors, including the Cape Gazette, Clean Cut Interlocking Pavers & Pools, Coastal Bath, Delaware Retiree Connection, Energize Delaware, Furniture & More, Julie Gritton Team – Coldwell Banker, Patio Systems, Schell Brothers, Shore United Bank, Soaring Solar, Sussex County Women’s Magazine and ABC/47 WMDT.
The expo benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization assisting qualified residents with simple, affordable housing. Expo visitors enjoy the convenience of viewing a full spectrum of home-related products and services in one place. Several of the exhibitors plan to offer expo specials, and many will be giving away gifts and prizes.
“I am amazed at the number of new sponsors and exhibitors this year that are enthusiastic to be joining us,” said Benson.
Exhibitors include home improvement companies, Realtors, developers, builders, finance and insurance firms, and a large array of new home product and service companies.
This year, the expo has added a locals’ favorite food truck, J & B Grilling, sharing delicious barbecue.
