Delaware Tech softball gained a new member of the 100-hit club March 26, when sophomore Logan Walls eclipsed 100 career hits against Rowan College of New Jersey.
While she technically accomplished the feat over three seasons due to a pandemic-shortened first season, she reached the milestone in just 74 total games. She’s only the second player to reach this milestone in at least the last 12 seasons.
Logan, a Delmar grad, now has 102 career hits with 25 regular-season games remaining.
During her time at Delaware Tech, she has been recognized as a two-time all-region player and a member of the back-to-back region and district champion softball teams.
In the same week Logan eclipsed 100 hits, she was also named Eastern Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Player of the Week for batting 11-for-14 with eight RBIs and three triples in four Delaware Tech wins.
