Delaware Vietnam Veterans elect state leaders

The Delaware State Council of Vietnam Veterans of America met via conference call June 29 and elected its leaders to two-year terms beginning July 1. Officers are Paul Davis, State VVA Council president and Kent County Chapter 850 member; Terry Baker, vice president, Rocky Graves, secretary, and Mahlon Fegley, treasurer, all New Castle County Chapter 83 members; and Dave Skocik, state public relations appointee, Chapter 850.
All Vietnam and era veterans are eligible for life membership in the national organization, which includes state chapters, for $50.
