Delmarva Christian announces additions to leadership team

Delmarva Christian Schools, a nondenominational Christian school system with campuses in Georgetown and Milton, recently added four members to its district leadership team.

The need for additional leadership follows a year of enrollment increases and retention at Delmarva Christian Schools, along with educational innovation, facility growth and interest in Christian education throughout Delmarva. 

Jessica Hague is Milton Campus director of instruction, and she has 15 years in education and leadership. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in English: Literary Studies from the University of Delaware. Before teaching at Delmarva Christian, she worked for nine years at Eagle’s Nest Christian Academy as the middle school English teacher.

Since 2015, Hague has served as the middle school English teacher at Delmarva Christian Schools Milton Campus, writing its K-8 English language arts standards for reading, writing and grammar as well as objectives for sixth- to eighth-grade English.

Eric Reiske is director of marketing, and he brings nearly a decade of digital media experience to the role. He graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing with a business to consumer concentration. Most recently, he served as Delmarva Christian High School technology educator, creating courses in photography, graphic design and broadcasting. Before working with DCS, Reiske worked in marketing for the Delmarva Shorebirds and two other minor league baseball teams at 7th Inning Stretch, and in marketing consulting at Vocus Inc., now part of Cision.

Kelley Ridley is the new high school director of instruction. Ridley is entering her 13th year at DCS. She received her bachelor of arts degree in English with a journalism concentration from University of Delaware. She also earned a master of education degree in secondary education from Wilmington University. Ridley has served in other leadership roles at Delmarva Christian, including academic lead teacher. Before working with Delmarva Christian Schools, Ridley worked at Sussex Central as a teacher.

Keith Stonebraker, athletic director, has been a coach and teacher at Delmarva Christian Schools for seven years. Previously, Stonebreaker spent 18 years working for PharMerica, Wilmington Trust Company and JP Morgan Private Bank.

Other leadership team members include Head of Schools Matt Kwiatkowski, Business Manager Jennifer Reiske, Early Learning Center Director Jen Donihue, Delmarva Christian Milton Campus Principal Drew Jensen, Director of Advancement Justin Savini and Dean of Students Mary Beth Rimmer.
