The Dewey Beach Lions Club opened its doors May 11 for its annual community day, hosting local community service organizations and an array of kids’ games and activities.
Children entering the Lions Club were treated to a bag of popcorn and a magic show.
The Dewey Beach Lion's Club presented the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company with a $5,000 donation. The fire company is extremely thankful to the Lion’s Club for its generous donation, said Deputy Chief Kent Swarts.
