Dewey rings in 2026 with Crush Drop

The Dewey Business Partnership rang in 2026 with its signature Crush Drop – a ball drop the Dewey Beach way – at Route 1 and New Orleans Street oceanside.

The giant Orange Crush replica, representing Delaware’s official state cocktail, was suspended from the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company truck and lowered as the clock struck midnight.
