Easter brunch reservations open for Clubhouse at Baywood

April 12, 2017

The Clubhouse at Baywood, a full-service restaurant located in Baywood Greens, a golf course community in Long Neck, is now taking reservations for Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday, April 16. The family-friendly brunch will include a buffet as well as a la carte items, along with an Easter egg hunt at noon and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.

"Easter has always been a great tradition at Baywood," said Lisa Chambers, the restaurant's general manager. “This year, Chef Tom Deptula has an amazing menu planned, and our spring flowers are in full bloom.” Baywood offers a gorgeous setting for the Easter egg hunt, which will take place in the garden overlooking the 18th hole.

The Clubhouse, operated by Highwater Management, a division of Rehoboth Beach-based SoDel Concepts, will feature a lavish buffet with such items as scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses and vegetable crudité. Diners will also have their pick of such savory dishes as carved ham, carved top round of beef, herb-crusted salmon and stuffed shells with braised chicken. Sides will include vegetables, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. Assorted mini desserts and pineapple bread pudding will provide a sweet finish.

The cost for the buffet is $35 for adults and $12 for children 10 and under. For reservations, call 302-947-9225. For more information, go to baywoodclubhouse.com and sodelconcepts.com.
