Everett and Patricia Beach of Lewes celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary April 12. A reception was held at the Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach with their family, which includes four children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Everett and Patricia met while he was in the Marine Corps, and they were married after he was released from active duty. Their wedding was held at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church in Elmont, N.Y.
The Beaches moved to Lewes in 1998 after Everett retired from his engineering consulting business.
