Everlasting Hope Ministries holds anti-drug and alcohol rally

Everlasting Hope Ministries held its 26th Community Anti-Drug Rally Aug. 17. Gathering at the Richard Allen School, the approximately 100 marchers then headed through Georgetown chanting, “Say yes to Jesus, and no to drugs.”
The march was led by the Rev. Tony Neal, a former addict, leading chants that brought Georgetown residents outdoors to cheer the marchers.

With the Georgetown Police Department blocking traffic, the marchers stretched down East Market Street.
