Bright and early April 22, members of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company filled the 23-gallon reservoirs of Rehoboth in Bloom’s 30 EarthPlanters. Warren Jones, executive manager, and Kent Swarts completed the project. Rehoboth In Bloom extends thanks to RBVFC.
