Ed Lewandowski’s still life painting,“Croissants et un Café,” shows his French breakfast. Laurie Fields’ “Start of a Good Day” shows a favorite cup of steaming coffee.
Donuts set the stage for a great day in Cheryl Wisbrock’s “Breakfast of Champions” and Cindy Beyer’s “Fat Pills.”
Laura Hickman’s pastel, "Save Me Some,” features ice cream, a summer favorite and an occasional treat for man’s best friend. Joyce Condry said, “’Eggplant & Celery’ have never been on my grocery shopping list, but they are delicious to paint.”
Lesley McCaskill’s acrylic, “Feeding the Young,” brings back memories of the seasonal return of ospreys to Sussex County from the south. “Every year, we see the adult ospreys soaring over the marshes and streams, fishing for a fresh catch for the next generation,” she said.
