Freeman Co. and Schell Brothers break ground at North Haven

Carl M. Freeman Companies announced the selection of local award-winning homebuilder Schell Brothers to build their coastal-styled homes in Bayside’s last planned single-family neighborhood, North Haven.

Leadership representatives from the Carl M. Freeman Companies and Schell Brothers broke ground on the new neighborhood Nov. 1.

Bayside is a national award-winning, master-planned development by the Carl M. Freeman Companies. The property features an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course managed by Troon Golf, two fitness centers, an indoor pool, tennis courts, miles of trails for outdoor activities and a community pier to accommodate water-related activities.

The community is also home to the Bayside Institute, which offers members the chance to explore fascinating subjects and ignite new passions.
